2025 Capitals Future Prospects - Spring Tournament

Thank you for your interest in the Brisbane Capitals - Future Prospects program.

This program is open to boys born 2009 & 2010 who are striving to improve their game and pursue future Capitals selection with the 2026/27 U18 program (players born 2010) or the QSL-Yth program (players born 2009).  

Future Prospects is a 6x Week Player Development Program followed by a Spring Tournament. The Development Program and Tournament are held at Auchenflower Stadium. 

  • Player Development Program - commence Wednesday, July 30th and concludes  Wednesday, September 10th. All sessions are held at Auchenflower Stadium - Court 4 (5.45pm - 7.30pm).
  • Spring Tournament - is scheduled for Wednesday, September 24th at Auchenflower Stadium - Court 1 & 2 (8.30am - 3.30pm) and will involve 5 on 5 full timed games; and a mini 3 on 3 tournament where players will get to apply the Capitals principles of play in competitive real-game scenarios. 

The program focuses on the Personal and Athletic Development of each player and aims to develop the competence and confidence of each player in competitive basketball situations in line with the Capitals Core Values of - Character | Team First | Never Give Up | Next Play.

Refund Policy: There are no refunds for any enrolment into Brisbane Capitals related programs. By registering and/or attending official Brisbane Capitals represenative program events (practice/pre-season games/BQ competitions) you accept BBI's refund policy for withdrawal from a team. BBI reserves the right to assess individual requests made in writing for a refund on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances (incl. Medical, Legal, family relocation).
