PROGRAM FEE
2025/26 Representative Program Fee is $1,483.90 (GST Incl) this includes:
- Rep Fee: $1,190.37 (GST Incl)
- State Champs Levy: $293.53 (GST Incl)
REMINDER: This fee does not include Non-Fixed costs associated with a "live-In" State Championships i.e. U16 Girls - Sunshine Coast (circa $800.00 - $1,200.00).
PAYMENT OPTIONS
There are two options for payments:
- Full Payment
- Payment Plan (requests for setting up a payment plan are to be sent to E: performancemgr@brisbanebasketball.com.au )
- Terms of Payment Plan
- 25% upfront payment
- End Date determined by BBI
You will be able to set the schedule and amounts per payment with Term i &ii above.
CAPITALS No-Pay No-Play & Refund Policy
BBI has a No-Pay No-Play Policy for Representative Participation with Brisbane Capitals.
- A player is ineligible to participate in Games with Capitals if an outstanding fee is owed.
Refund Policy: There are no refunds for any enrolment into Brisbane Capitals related programs.
- By registering and/or attending official Brisbane Capitals representative program events (practice/pre-season games/BQ competitions) you accept BBI's refund policy for withdrawal from a team.
- BBI reserves the right to assess individual partial refund requests made in writing on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances (incl. Medical, Legal, family relocation).
- If approved, a partial refund is determined on a proportion of the non-fixed costs associated with the fees.
- If a fee cannot be recovered, it cannot be refunded.
PROGRAM PAYMENT ACTIVATION LINK:
Once the agreement is completed and the program fee payment has been received your child will be "registered" as a Brisbane Capitals Player.
